Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and packed within 3–5 business days unless if it’s pre order! It may take up to 4 weeks especially for cold process soaps, which is require four weeks of curing time. Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing time may occasionally vary during busy periods.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days within the United States.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
After a package leaves our facility, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice
Our products are made with natural ingredients such as shea butter and coconut oil that may soften or melt in warm temperatures during transit. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. Texture may change, but the product remains fully usable. We do not offer refunds for melted products.
